This is a budget-friendly option to bring HSP into your weight room! We can build a custom training program tailored to your team's needs and equipment availability. Whether you come to us or we consult for you, you'll receive the same high-quality product from our coaches.

Do you have a home gym or like to work out at a commercial gym but need help building a training program? We offer online programming and nutritional guidance customized to your busy lifestyle. Take the guess work out of it and walk in the gym every day with a plan.

PowHERful Clinic

PowHERful Clinic

PowHERful is a 6-week clinic for middle school and high school female athletes! Our powHERful athletes will have two or three sessions per week that consist of nutrition one-on-ones, mental health conversations, injury risk/recovery/sleep, professional guest speakers, and of course, training.

This inexpensive option gives you access to Hybrid Strength on your own time! Whether you need to come before the sun comes up, on your lunch break, or late at night there will always be a clean, organized, private facility to call your own.
